"I like to work out a lot. I put it on my muscles and I lift weights and run, and then I put a little bit afterwards. It takes away any tightness and soreness in my muscles. In fact, I keep a bottle of the Muscle & Joint Spray in my locker at the gym, and a bottle at work. I really like the way it feels on my muscles."

"I have long had a problem in my back. Since long before training, I would get bad energy stuck in certain places. I believe that it is due to cold or air in my back as a result of sleeping on very cold ground with no insulation when younger. At any rate, my back gets stuck sometimes in the lower part, sometimes in the neck and sometimes in the middle. For the past 2 months, there has been a very specific spot between the shoulder blades that is so specific that I can put my finger on the place. I have worked on this area continuously. It will feel better after practice but not gone. It was bothering me the other night and I applied the Muscle & Joint Spray. Within minutes everything released and stayed that way for several hours. The next day I noticed that my neck was bothering me again. I put the herbal formula on the neck, the specific spot in the middle and the lower back. My whole back released, along with a lot else, and it has felt loose and warm since. After training today, I felt the back muscles being used and put herbal formula on after finishing. I have not had this strong a reaction to any herbal product ever. It goes in immediately and the muscles react by releasing immediately. I am using some on my toe that was broken and on my knee, which is torn to see if I have similar results in areas that have been more badly damaged. My feeling is that this herb should have a big impact on anyone with pain."

"Some of my Martial Arts students tried the Muscle & Joint Spray and I am receiving a lot of puzzled looks on how the herb has affected them. They are somewhat amazed of the reactions. Some of the reactions have been: Reduced pain, swelling is gone from someone who has arthritis, immediate muscle flexibility in the hamstrings, shoulders and neck An individual with severe pain and swelling from shin splints noticed an immediate reaction, swelling went down and pain was greatly diminished."

"I was working out pretty hard one day and my back gave out. Having this debilitating problem for years I usually have to take it easy, ice it for hours upon hours, then it slowly returns to normal in about a week. I do not want to talk about what my life is like in the meantime. Fortunately for me my work out partner had some Muscle & Joint Spray. In pain, I thought "what do I have to lose?", so I gave it a try. He rubbed it in pretty good and I was shocked that my back actually felt better. Starting my new martial arts program was great, it involved exercise and skill, pushing myself harder than I have since the Marines many years ago. Unfortunately, the Marine Corps discharged me when my back became injured, and that was the end of that. Six months of therapeutic exercises and my lower back was no longer in pain, but it was also as inflexible as a steel bar. I began with special stretching exercises, and the flexibility slowly began to return. Very slowly. With the Muscle & Joint Body Spray, it was slow, sometimes actively painful, but I was getting results. In the Muscle & Joint Herbal Spray and the Rebalance Herbal Soak, I found relief. They increased the motion, decreased the pain, (especially the pain in my feet, which had been terrible since my teens after stepping on a giant nail.), but they never got rid of the pain entirely. It was as if something was inside, trying to stay fixed in one place. Every ache seemed to go deeper, and the more Foot Energy Spray I put on the easier it became to move, the less the pain became. The AHS Rebalance Soaks helped even more, but I was still coming up against roadblocks that wouldn’t move. It was misery, wanting to push harder, coming up against walls that even ten years ago (I’m thirty-five) would have been simpler to ignore, and probably much easier to overcome. It wasn’t fair! I had two years of gymnastics in high school! My flexibility had, through neglect due to pain, gone down to almost nothing.

I started using AHS products in May 2007, thanks to my friend Natalie who introduced the AHS product to me while I was experiencing numbness and tingling for two months straight in my hands and feet. I dreaded any water in the morning that dealt with my hands because the numbness and tingling was so bad and the water just pierced my skin and hurt so bad. Natalie sprayed some Muscle & Joint Spray on my hands and feet the night she came over and again right before she left. I woke up the next day and started crying because I didn’t have any numbness and tingling, I couldn’t believe it. That whole day I went without any numbness and tingling. I was so excited and amazed and blessed. I was hooked at that point. Wow, what an amazing thing. I don’t know how it works, but I’m excited to know there is something out there to help with my MS symptoms.

That same night my friend sprayed my hands and feet she also sprayed my husband’s ear that he just had surgery on and there was a lot of pain and instantly it took away the pain. My husband was shocked, so she sprayed him again before she left so he wouldn’t have to take pain medication for bedtime. He was so surprised how some herbs in a spray could take away the pain in his ear faster than his pain medication.

I took my children to a birthday party at one of those play gyms. My 6 year old was off playing on one end of the gym while I was with my 2 year old on the other. I heard my daughter crying and my friend was walking up carrying her, she didn't know what had happened except she heard a loud thud and turned to see Morgan on the ground. Morgan was unable to walk and could hardly stand, I was pretty sure she had had the wind knocked out of her, and I knew she was hurting, but other than that I didn't think it was too serious. I tried to contact my paramedic husband, but was having trouble getting ahold of him. I called my mom who lives down the street and asked her to bring some Muscle & Joint Spray over. During the mean time Morgan was not getting any better and I was getting more worried by the minute, I was moments from taking her into Children's Hospital, when my mom got there. I immediately applied the spray to her back and gently patted it in. She stopped crying in just moments, I waited a few minutes and re-applied it again. In a couple minutes she decided to get up and gently started coloring. I again sprayed her back, and no more than 5 minutes later, she stood up straight for the first time since falling and asked if she could go play again. My husband had called and talked me through checking her vitals, she checked out fine. I was hesitant to let her play again, but decided to let her go, (though this time I went with her). I was at a park one day with my children and one of my friends. I ended up getting stung by a bee. All I had with me was the Muscle & Joint Spray so I sprayed it on my sting. I re-applied it 3 times in 5-10 minutes. About 20 minutes later, my friend asked me how my bee sting was. I had completely forgotten about it! We looked and what had started out to be a big, red, swollen bump was nothing but a small, red dot that didn't hurt a bit! My friend and I looked at each other in amazement and then started laughing! We couldn't believe it! It was gone!

I introduced the Muscle and Joint Spray to my husband, Terry for his pain on the bottom of his feet and heels. He also has arthritis on both his hands. He likes working on vehicles and at his primary job he sits at his desk to type up reports on the computer and repairs instruments for the State of Ariz air quality control. It had been hard for him to type and to grab items until he started using the Muscle & Joint Spray. He too keeps a spray bottle with him at all times. At first, he stated he couldn’t tell any difference, I told him to give it time, must at least use it everyday for at least 2-3 wks. “My knee was really hurting the other day and my wife said she had a new spray she would like to try on it. Well she sprayed my knee and then proceeded to tap it in. I am amazed that after only one treatment of the Muscle & Joint Spray my knee has NEVER felt better! This statement is true!
