Wedding Dress Had To Be Taken In Last Minute

I recently took the AHS One Week Slimming Program 1 ½ weeks before my Wedding Day. Even in the first couple days of I felt toned, rejuvenated, and full of energy! It even cleansed me of the toxins that was wearing me down due to the stress and fatigue of all the wedding planning. I lost about 4-5 lbs and 2 inches off my waist and even had to have my wedding dress taken in at the last minute! Formula aided in flexibility

I had thought about the Energy Internal Formula often, wondering what it was like, and hearing the stories about how the people who used it were able to go longer, have more endurance, and get cleaned out from the inside. (I’ve done herbal purifications and juice-fasts every few months to keep the body clean and mitigate the damage from my occasionally haphazard diet.) All of these made me think that the Formula might do me some good, bolster the purifications and help with toxins that just didn’t want to come out otherwise. It was like night and day! Trying the Energy Internal Formula, it was suggested to take a few ounces in the morning, and again at night to get used to it. It tasted like vaguely sweet herbal tonic, medicine definitely, but not unpleasant. The first day there was nothing, and I figured that was usual. The second, was still nothing. The third…I started to become more regular, my system working more as it had in my teens. Heading to the restroom every few hours instead of once or twice a day. Then a few days later I noticed that I was sweating much more easily, more profusely, and wanting pure water often. And in one instance a case of the flu that I could swear I’d had before came up again. Not as bad as the first time, but still enough to floor me while it worked its way out of the system. I guess it just needed to get pushed out. I was nine-tenths of the way through the bottle, feeling better and having my endurance increase, my pain levels in the feet and back reduced drastically as it felt like my joints were becoming more fluid. More cleansed from the inside. My equilibrium began to return, as I could hear better from my left ear, and it began to clear itself easily. I was no longer falling over as much when I lifted one leg on certain moves. Then it hit. During my martial arts practice of a self-defense, I was told to bend my knees more. But to bend my knees any further meant my ‘steel hips’ would freeze up and try to take me off balance. Pushing through, it took about ten tries before I got what my Instructor was showing me, and reproduced it. The hips began to bend! Put together with special movements, which I’d been doing for awhile, I suddenly bent in the right places! (More or less.) But still, it was more than I’d done before! Far more! My right ankle (badly injured before the Marines and now prone to trying to seize up randomly during movements) suddenly moved when I needed it to. In the right directions! Not completely, but still a great deal more than it had. And the hips! They began to flow as well, stiffly, then a little more fluidly. “Bend into the movement.” My instructor told me. “Then come up, using the whole body, not just the torso.” For the first time, I could do something like what he’d asked! I wasn’t falling off balance trying to keep up with the form, and wasn’t feeling much of the old aches in the joints and feet where they usually tried to stop. This is what I’ve been hoping to feel. Occasionally the old pains in the feet and hips flare, but rarely enough to make me stop my movements. I continue to use the sprays and Soaks, but I know that the Energy Internal Formula is what has brought me to this new level.

No more hot flashes

Jen also introduced me to the Energy Formula, she said had been taking it for some time and it gave her energy that she needed for she works long hours. I too work long hours. Jen went to the small refrigerator where she keeps a bottle of the Energy Formula and poured a ½ a capful for me to try. I first smelled the formula and turned up my nose but Jen said, just take it you get use to the taste, she was right. I take ½ a capful of the Energy Formula every morning. What the Energy formula did for me is that I no longer have hot flashes, that it self is a Godsend for myself and especially for my husband. Some of you women know what I’m talking about when I mention hot flashes. As for energy I have lots of energy when I come home after work, I don’t have to take short naps or fall asleep while watching television/ evening news or my favorite programs.
